THE KALE AT OUR HEART
Green Gourmet, our Danish team, grows one traditional variety that a century of breeding never made bigger or milder. It is the only ingredient in every sachet.
Our storyFROM FIELD TO SACHET
Fresh leaves start to change the moment they are cut, and heat speeds that up. So we keep both in check, to lose as little of the leaf’s nutrients as we can: the leaves are frozen within 10 hours of harvest, and they never go above 42°C while they are freeze-dried.
ONE PLANT. A DETAILED PROFILE.
About 24 g of fresh kale goes into every 2 g sachet. Nothing is extracted and nothing is added, so every figure here comes from kale alone — fibre, vitamins, minerals, amino acids and phytochemicals, measured in the powder itself.
A few of the 27, per 100 g:
Per 100 g of powder, which is 50 sachets. One sachet is 2 g.
